Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Riverstone Garden City Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Garden City, KS, and we build driveways, patios, slabs, foundations and other concrete work for homeowners and businesses in the area.
It applies to every page on this site, from the home page to our service pages. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.
What we collect when you contact us
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out the form on our Contact page or ask for an estimate, we usually ask for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a short description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.
Our form is run by a third-party form service, so what you type goes through that service before it reaches us. If you call us at (620) 315-5440 or email us, we keep the details you give us in that conversation, along with notes and photos from the estimate visit if we come out.
Analytics and cookies
Like most websites, this site may use cookies and basic analytics tools. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can remember things between visits. These tools tell us which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from and what kind of device they use, so we can tell which pages help people and which need work.
This information is collected in general terms and isn't used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and sending us a message.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to answer your question, set up an estimate, schedule the work and keep in touch about your job until it's done. We may also use them to send an invoice, follow up on the work or answer a question that comes up after the pour.
We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it to other companies for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it's needed to run the business or do your job. That can include the services that run our website, form and email, a supplier who needs a delivery address for materials, or our bookkeeping and payment tools.
We may also share information if the law requires it, such as a valid request from a court or government office, or to protect our business and customers from fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, finish your job and stand behind the work afterward. Records tied to payments and taxes are kept as long as the law and ordinary bookkeeping require.
If you reach out and we never end up working together, we don't hold on to your details any longer than we reasonably need them. Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record for legal, tax or warranty reasons, and if so we'll tell you why.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under your state's law, and we'll honor those when you ask.
Children's information
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (620) 315-5440 or send a message through our Contact page. We answer the phone Monday through Sunday, 6 AM to 11 PM.
Tell us what you'd like us to look into, and we'll reply within 1 business day and let you know what we've done about it.
